Job ID: 2887580 | Souq.com for E-Commerce LLC As MENA 3PL Network Losses Associate, you will be required to support the MENA 3PL team in ensuring we reconcile and collect credit notes related to damages and losses compensations from carriers. The role will extend to ensuring that Cash on Delivery and similar services that require additional fees are reconciled accurately. The role includes supporting building the dashboards and automation requirements to ensure that the process is agile, accurate, and consistent. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the Network Losses in the 3PL transportation network in MENA by providing data points on sources of network losses and tracking actions for reducing losses through our last mile. Candidates must be independent and flexible, with solid communication skills, and a strong customer focus with analytical, data handling, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Candidates should have knowledge of local logistics and preferably experience working with logistics in last mile deliveries.

Key Job Responsibilities

The candidate responsibilities are:
  1. Receiving and reconciling the credit notes from carriers across MENA with actual losses and damages.
  2. Data entry for the credit notes into dashboards that support tracking of losses and damages by MENA 3PL carriers.
  3. Follow up on the projects related to building dashboards and tools for reconciliation.
  4. Follow up and track the COD payments by 3PL carriers and support the finance team in the reconciliation of the carrier's payments.
  5. Monthly reporting of network losses for MENA 3PL.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Very good English written and basic verbal communication skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
