Job Title: Customer Service Sales Officer (Flexible Packaging) Location: Dammam - Saudi Arabia About Our Client: We are hiring on behalf of a leading client in Saudi Arabia, specializing in the flexible packaging industry. They are seeking an experienced Customer Service Sales Officer to join their team and drive customer satisfaction and sales growth. Position Overview: If you have a strong background in customer service and sales, particularly within the packaging sector, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.
Assist customers in selecting appropriate flexible packaging solutions based on their needs.
Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of products.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and assist in lead generation.
Manage multiple customer accounts while ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and adapt approaches based on market feedback.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the flexible packaging industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple client requests.
Speaking Arabic is a plus.
