Senior Process Specialist Configuration Management

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Your key responsibilities include:
  1. Design and implement a robust Configuration and Asset Management process aligned with ITIL best practices.
  2. Develop and maintain Configuration and Asset Management policies, procedures, and process enhancement roadmap.
  3. Ensure that the Configuration Management process is properly implemented, adhered to, and continuously improved.
  4. Define and maintain Configuration Item (CI) types and relationships within the CMDB(s).
  5. Manage the Configuration Management Database(s) and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
