Aftermarket Proposal Specialist Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Proposal Specialist at our Aftermarket Repair Center located in Dhahran, SA. This position requires 5% domestic/global travel.
  1. Use commercial and technical experience to generate timely and accurate proposals.
  2. Help develop and refine consistent pricing strategies enhancing prior proposals and information on market conditions.
  3. Support the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales and margin growth targets.
  4. Work with a cross-functional team from Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Purchasing, Quality, Marketing, etc., to fully satisfy customer needs.
  5. Support Terms and Conditions reviews and negotiations with commercial and legal knowledge.

Required Skills / Abilities:

  1. Familiarity with Rotating Equipment.
  2. Strong communication skills with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team.
  3. Ability to travel to attend conferences and meet customers in support of the sales team.
  4. A candidate with a curiosity about a future role in Sales or Business Development is preferred but not required.
  5. Minimum experience of 2 years in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or sales role.

Education and Licensing Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s in STEM, Economics, or Business degree.

Work Hours & Benefits:

  1. In office, Sunday – Thursday.
