Why we're hiring: WPP are looking for a Growth Coordinator for one of its leading Agencies in Dubai. What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and tailor client-facing materials (presentations, proposals, etc.) to meet individual client needs.
  • Ensure all materials reflect the company's agile brand identity.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date client files, mastering archiving and document management.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to build client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to winning new business.
  • Research and understand prospective clients (needs, challenges, culture) to build genuine connections.
  • Manage purchase orders.
  • Update and maintain the CRM.
  • Organize and manage server files.
  • Contribute to the development of business development tools (case studies, testimonials, etc.)

  • Passion for brands and understanding of their function and importance.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Proactive project management skills and ability to execute tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Enthusiasm for branding and a desire to make a tangible impact.
  • Fluency in Arabic required.
