PROJECT COORDINATOR - MAINTENANCE

Job details

Responsibilities:

Managing the subs and suppliers
Coordination job for the program
Follow up the internal and external tasks
Cash flow management
Supporting the purchasing department
Monitor the day-to-day progress of the relocating sites, follow up & control tasks’ execution.
Prepare weekly progress
Assist & follow up relocating manager, subcontractors, and team members with daily tasks including client reporting and communications
Maintain and update data, site, and project status.
Process and track the services and reports, including Purchase Orders and civil work permits.
Responsible to communicate with Team Members, Higher Management, Subcontractors, and Clients
Monitor the Project plan and Execution and ensure that the projects are completed on-time
Periodically arrange project status meetings and document the minutes and actions register.

Requirements:

Project Management
Managing more than one project and team at the same time
Creating a Budget
Managing the Cash flow
Negotiation skills
Dealing with suppliers, vendors, subcontractors
Contract and subcontract negotiation
Managing big projects and programs
IT and telecommunication know-how
Fluent in Arabic and English
Tools: Office, project management software
Capability to manage different teams
Willing to travel
Capability to manage complex projects and to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Good to have: risk management and program management certificate (PMP)
Minimum 3 - 4 years in related field.
