Job Description: Array is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in UX design and a proven ability to develop comprehensive design systems. This role requires a strategic thinker who can ask insightful questions, document problems effectively, and create seamless user journeys from concept to high-fidelity designs. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead UX Design Initiatives: Drive the UX design process from initial research to final implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
2. Problem-Solving & Documentation: Ask pertinent questions to understand and define UX problems. Document user needs, challenges, and opportunities thoroughly.
3. User Journey & Wireframing: Develop detailed user journeys to map out user interactions. Create wireframes and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
4. High-Fidelity Designs: Produce high-quality, detailed designs that align with brand guidelines. Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms (web, mobile, thick client).
5. Design System Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive Design System for ARRAY using Figma.
6. Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with front-end developers to implement the Design System. Assist in creating a React/Angular library for shared use across projects.
7. UX/UI Testing and Validation: Test UI implementations to verify adherence to intended design. Incorporate user feedback and usability testing results to improve designs.

1. Strong academic background with the minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
2. 8+ years of full-time hands-on UX design experience, including thick client, web and mobile UIs.
3. Proven track record of delivering visually stunning and user-friendly designs, with a portfolio showcasing design projects.
4. Proficiency in Figma.
5. Proficiency in user journeys for enterprise software.
6. In-depth knowledge of UX/UI design principles and trends.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Experience in the financial services industry.
3. Experience with startup culture – adaptability to the fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
4. Any client-facing roles – your ability to understand and meet client needs is a plus.
