Job Requirements: Full-time internship + Commission Based Working hours: Monday - Friday (9:00 AM-6:30 PM) Intern needs to be present in the office, also go to the field for sales time to time. Industry: Accounting, Auditing, Taxation & Business Advisory Services About Us: We are into financial services, leading business firm in Dubai offering comprehensive financial and business compliance solutions. We specialize in corporate tax registration, VAT services, transfer pricing compliance, audit & assurance, business advisory, and more. We are currently expanding our sales team and are looking for driven, dynamic, and motivated Sales Interns to join us and help bring in new clients as we grow. Job Overview: As a Sales Intern at our firm, you will play a key role in driving business growth by generating new leads, fostering client relationships, and promoting our services to businesses across the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity to start or advance your career in sales within the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads through cold calls, email outreach, social media platforms, and other sales channels.
  2. Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  3. Negotiation & Closing: Manage negotiations, close deals, and ensure smooth transitions for new clients.
  4. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities to identify and capitalize on new sales avenues.
  5. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.
  6. Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in financial, tax, or professional services). Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
  2. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  3. Sales Skills: Proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and close deals.
  4. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic office software; willingness to learn new sales management tools.
  5. Self-Motivated: Driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Cultural Fit: Understanding of UAE market dynamics and business culture will be beneficial.
  7. Customer-Focused: Ability to build long-term relationships and provide tailored solutions for clients.
