- Attracting new clients and developing relationships with existing ones;
- Conducting company presentations and presenting available investment products;
- Resolving current client issues based on individual needs and requests;
- Regular communication with clients to maintain trusting relationships and inform about new opportunities;
- Formulating and implementing individual strategies for key clients;
- Maintaining documentation and assisting in processing transactions;
- Participating in specialized conferences and business communities;
- Engaging relevant influencers in the region;
- Interacting with internal departments to ensure high-quality customer service;
- Analyzing customer feedback to increase satisfaction;
- Preparing reports on customer interactions and strategy effectiveness.
Key Competencies & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales experience in finance;
- Strong presentation skills;
- Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing/PR or related field;
- Fluent in Spanish and English;
