Location: Abu Dhabi Position: Civil Engineer Type: Full-time المسمى الوظيفي: مهندس مشاريع مدني الموقع: أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة الشركة: شركة النود للمقاولات العامة نبذة عن الشركة: نحن شركة مقاولات رائدة في أبوظبي، نسعى لتوظيف مهندس موقع متحمس وذو خبرة مثبتة لإدارة العمل في مواقع البناء بشكل مستقل، مع حس عالٍ بالمسؤولية. الوصف الوظيفي: نبحث عن مهندس مشاريع مدني ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في أبوظبي. يجب أن يكون لدى المتقدم خبرة تتراوح بين 3 إلى 5 سنوات في أعمال البناء، بالإضافة إلى رخصة قيادة سارية في الإمارات. إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، قراءة وكتابة ومحادثة. المهام الوظيفية الرئيسية:

الإشراف على جميع مراحل المشاريع الإنشائية مع ضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات الزمنية والمالية.
التنسيق مع الاستشاريين و المقاولين الفرعيين والموردين لضمان تنفيذ سلس للمشاريع.
استخدام برامج MS Office لإنشاء ومراجعة وإدارة خطط ومخرجات المشاريع. (AutoCAD وPrimavera ميزة اضافية)
إجراء زيارات تفتيشية للمواقع وضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والجودة.
إعداد وتقديم تقارير دورية عن المشاريع للإدارة العليا.
معالجة وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالمشاريع التي قد تنشأ أثناء التنفيذ.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية مع تصديق الشهادة من الجهات المعنية في الدولة.
خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في أعمال البناء في أبوظبي. (تسجيل بلدية ابو ظبي)
إجادة استخدام AutoCAD وPrimavera وبرامج MS Office ميزة إضافية.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، كتابةً وتحدثًا.
رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية.

About Us: We are a leading construction company in Abu Dhabi seeking a motivated Site Engineer with proven experience in independently managing construction site work with a high sense of responsibility. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in construction works and must hold a valid UAE driving license. Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written, is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Utilize AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Office software to create, review, and manage project plans and documentation.
Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Prepare and submit regular project reports and updates to senior management.
Address and resolve any project-related issues or challenges that may arise.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, certified by the Ministry of Education (MOE) in the UAE.
3 to 5 years of experience in construction works in Abu Dhabi.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Office software is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
