About the Role We are looking for a Valve Workshop Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our valve assembly and repair workshop. This role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure efficiency, quality, and safety while managing a team of technicians, coordinating with departments, and driving business growth within the territory. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Train and mentor the sales team to drive high performance.
- Set clear objectives, KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate recurring business.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.
- Oversee valve repair and assembly activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement efficient workflow processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and enforce safety protocols.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate supply orders.
- Identify cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.
- Motivate and lead a team of technicians and support staff to maintain high morale and productivity.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering excellence.
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Proven track record in workshop or operations management, ideally in the valve or related industries.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of valve products, manufacturing processes, and quality control standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in workshop environments.
