About the Role We are looking for a Valve Workshop Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our valve assembly and repair workshop. This role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure efficiency, quality, and safety while managing a team of technicians, coordinating with departments, and driving business growth within the territory. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Train and mentor the sales team to drive high performance.
  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate recurring business.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.
Workshop Management & Operations
  • Oversee valve repair and assembly activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflow processes.
  • Conduct regular inspections and enforce safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate supply orders.
  • Identify cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.
  • Motivate and lead a team of technicians and support staff to maintain high morale and productivity.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering excellence.
What We're Looking For
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Proven track record in workshop or operations management, ideally in the valve or related industries.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of valve products, manufacturing processes, and quality control standards.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in workshop environments.
