Job Description
The role is responsible for providing analysis reports on job evaluation activities, salary surveys and structures, compensation programs, and market trends. Additionally, you'll partner with key stakeholders, present data, insights and recommendations to enhance their rewards policies.Key Responsibilities
- Follow all relevant Rewards policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Implement activities under minimal supervision.
- Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Collect and analyze data for the periodic audit of different countries and companies to ensure that all compensation practices are in compliance with group policy.
- Conduct frequent audits on the organization’s salary structure and benefits provision and provide recommendations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness of the group’s salary practices.
- Analyze statistical data and reports and generate summaries to the CHRO.
- Coordinate with Regional HR Managers to ensure data and information accuracy.
- Develop appropriate tools to facilitate data storage and transfer (excel files).
- Participate in salary and benefits surveys for different countries and analyze the Group’s alignment with market trends.
- Participate in the development of the job evaluation scheme.
- Conduct job evaluations to ensure that the difference in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair and are perceived to be so.
- Consolidate the Performance Appraisal financial results for Management.
- Champion the coordination with other Specialists in the HR Team.
- Participate in relevant projects and community activities as and when needed.
What you’ll need to succeed
- A master's degree in Finance/Analytics, Human Resources (or any related field).
- From 2 years' experience in Rewards/Compensation & Benefits in a Corporate environment (preferably in the retail or fashion industry).
- Proficiency in Data Visualization Tools - Power BI.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Strong Stakeholders management.
