Job Overview ACIAR is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Director, People and Culture to support the Director in overseeing the comprehensive Human Resources (HR) program within our small APS agency. The role involves leading a team responsible for various HR functions, including: Recruitment Performance management Learning and development Diversity Work health and safety Workplace relations The Assistant Director will also be responsible for drafting and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and fostering a positive work environment.
