Teamleader Customer Service (m/f/x) Automotive DACH Benelux
Join our team in Büdingen (catchment area Frankfurt, Hanau, Gelnhausen, Gießen, Aschaffenburg). What will your daily responsibilities include in this role?- Professional and disciplinary management responsibility for 8 employees
- Organisation and optimisation of the timely and economical processing of our customer orders
- Optimising the existing key figures and reporting system in close cooperation with the relevant departments
- Ensuring the flow of information and communication within the department and to the interfaces
- Coordinating activities between sales and logistics as well as material availability checks
- Establishing, expanding, maintaining and developing new and existing customer relationships
- University degree in Business Administration or a completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of job experience
- Approx. 3-5 years of experience in a comparable position
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Proficient written and spoken german and english skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment, high degree of initiative
- Permanent contract
- Hybrid working model: combination of remote and collaborative office experience to enable innovation (3 days per week in the office, 2 days remote work after initial adaptation period).
