As part of the global Total Rewards and Performance CoE, you’ll contribute to shaping impactful programs that drive employee engagement and organizational success. Roles & Responsibilities: Compensation Management

  • Support the design and implementation of competitive compensation programs aligned with the company’s Total Rewards philosophy.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and manage market data from vendors (e.g., Mercer, Aon Radford).
  • Administer and configure compensation processes in HR tools, including SuccessFactors, for merit cycles and budgeting.
  • Partner with People Success and Finance teams to drive pay transparency compliance and data-driven decision-making.
Equity Administration
  • Administer the company’s equity programs, ensuring compliance and seamless operations.
  • Facilitate employee queries, stock option exercises, and board-level reporting for equity matters.
  • Collaborate with tax and legal teams to manage tax liabilities and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive integration projects such as CARTA <> SuccessFactors and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
Career Framework and Talent Management
  • Design and manage the end-to-end career framework, ensuring clear progression and role definitions across the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support initiatives like key talent programs, promotions frameworks, succession planning and performance methodology enhancements.
Benefits and Recognition Programs
  • Oversee aspects of employee benefits administration and recognition programs as needed, ensuring alignment with company values and engagement goals.
  • Support working with vendors and internal teams for benefits renewals and manage program effectiveness metrics.
  • Support recognition platform optimization to enhance reward and recognition experiences.
Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with global compensation and benefits regulations, including pay transparency laws.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders to track compensation, equity, and benefits metrics.
  • Participate in internal and external audits related to compensation and benefits.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with global leaders across People, Finance, Payroll, and Legal teams to align on Total Rewards strategies.
  • Act as a key point of contact for Total Rewards initiatives across the organization.
  • Contribute to communications and training programs to enhance manager and employee understanding of Total Rewards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience:
  • 4+ years in compensation, equity administration, or career frameworks in tech companies and / or Compensation Consulting companies
  • Exposure to global compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, Radford) and equity platforms (e.g., CARTA, Shareworks).
  • Strong spreadsheeting skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and experience in merit planning processes.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive data and compliance matters.
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
