Job Description THE POSITION:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect in the field of Pricing and Market Access to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various aspects, including Pricing, Market Access, Managed Entry Agreements, Price Governance, International Reference Pricing, Contracts & Tenders, and Price Business Cases (Launch/Change/Withdraw). This role is crucial in guiding and influencing pricing strategies, market access initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and lead implementation of price governance process through industry best practices and organization goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing & market access systems.
- Evaluate and address pricing and market access challenges, proposing innovative solutions.
- Design and implement Managed Entry Agreements to optimize product access.
- Experience in conducting international reference pricing & launch sequencing analysis.
- Understanding of contracts & tenders process and landscape
- Lead initiatives to enhance market access for products in various healthcare environments.
- Develop comprehensive business cases for pricing strategies related to product launches, changes, or withdrawals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business cases with overall corporate objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Overall, 4 – 6 Years of industry experience.
- Extensive experience in pricing and market access roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of successful involvement in product launches, pricing strategies, and market access initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of international pharmaceutical pricing landscapes.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Any graduate.
