Role Overview The Executive Assistant (EA) will support senior leaders by managing schedules, emails, and daily operations. This role requires excellent organization, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Schedule & Email Management
- Plan and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
- Manage email inboxes, prioritize messages, and summarize key points
- Send reminders for important deadlines and follow-ups
- Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate urgent requests
- Handle office-related tasks, including ordering meals and supplies
- Assist with data entry, file organization, and travel arrangements
- Support personal tasks for executives when required
- Identify ways to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Maintain organized records and ensure quick access to important documents

- Suggest better tools or methods for communication and scheduling
Must-Have
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Flexibility to handle urgent tasks outside regular hours
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in climate tech, AI, or energy industries
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar tools
- Experience supporting senior executives
- Comfortable working in a startup with limited public information
