- Should to have Minimum 4 to 8 Years of proven experience in Bench sales in the US IT staffing and consulting Industry, Well versed with marketing bench consultants.
- Marketing our Bench Consultants (H1/H1Transfer/OPT/CPT/ GC).
- Checking for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, negotiating best rates, following up on interview schedules, and closing the best deals.
- Develop and Maintain new vendor contacts, and build network relations across the IT industry using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.
- Working directly with Tier 1 Vendors/Implementation partners/Direct Clients and understanding their job requirements and finding matching profiles from the existing bench team.
- Responsible for negotiation, paperwork validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
- Knowledge of all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp).
- Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis.
- Must have good Verbal and Written communication skills.
- Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.
- Must be a good team player and result driven.
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work environment.
