The Sales & Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts, excellent customer service, and efficient operations. This role involves selling on-demand services, managing customer relationships, ensuring smooth operations, and providing market insights to enhance business performance. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development

  • Actively promote and sell on-demand services, including day passes, meeting rooms, and virtual office packages .
  • Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and local outreach .
  • Build a strong pipeline of leads and convert inquiries into sales .
  • Develop customized proposals and pricing solutions based on client requirements.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to booking through proactive service and engagement.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights for service improvements .
Operational Efficiency
  • Work with internal teams to ensure meeting rooms and workspaces are properly set up for bookings.
  • Manage bookings through CRM or scheduling tools , ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
  • Monitor inventory, availability, and readiness of resources to meet customer demand .
Market Insights & Reporting
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices .
  • Provide regular sales and operational reports , including booking trends, revenue growth, and customer feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: 1–3 years in sales, business development, or customer service , preferably in coworking, real estate, or hospitality.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for client interactions and presentations.
  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and MS Office Suite .
  • Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: Ability to work independently and meet revenue goals.
