The role involves tasks such as needs analysis, instructional design, training & development, learning management, and curriculum development. eLearning Development: creating interactive and learner-centric eLearning courses. expertise includes instructional design, multimedia development, and eLearning authoring tools like Articulate 360, Articulate Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia. Instructional Design: Strong foundation in instructional design principles, ensuring that the content aligns with specific learning objectives and end customer expectations. Developing the storyboard as per the requirement, Specialize in LMS/LXP implementation and integration, customizing and branding them to match the organization's identity and goals. strong interest in incorporating current trends such as microlearning, gamification, and adaptive learning technologies to comprehend the changing needs of the contemporary learner. Strong understanding to include Embracing innovation, graphically rich, interactive learning experiences that captivate learners and drive impactful outcomes.
