Our goal is to make outsourcing and remote work seamless, compliant, and efficient for companies worldwide. Role Overview: As a Co-Founder / Investor , you will be instrumental in shaping the direction and growth of We Manage I.T. You’ll play an active role in strategic decision-making, business development, and long-term growth strategies while leveraging your industry knowledge and network to help scale the business. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the executive team to drive the strategic direction of the company.
• Oversee and advise on business development, sales strategies, and operational efficiencies.
• Provide insights into funding opportunities and investment strategies to support growth.
• Represent the company in industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
• Assist in shaping company culture and ensuring a high level of operational and financial performance.
• Actively participate in major business decisions, product launches, and key partnerships.

• Proven experience in business management, investment, or entrepreneurship.
• Strong understanding of the IT services and outsourcing industry (or willingness to learn).
• Demonstrated track record of strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to invest time, energy, and capital into a growing business.

• Not a salaried position —as the business becomes profitable, we will discuss a potential salary structure.
• Investor Role: We are open to discussing profit sharing and equity-based incentives depending on your level of investment and involvement.
