Sr. Manager - Technology Transfer

Job Description: Our client is into manufacturing of Speciality Chemical and looking for Sr. Manager – Technology Transfer for their plant located in Dahej, Bharuch Job Requirements Exp-At least 10 years of experience into Technology Transfer would be preferred. Qualification – B.E/B.Tech (Chemical) Job location-Dahej, Bharuch Mandatory Requirement

1. Experience in Chemical/agrochemical/petrochemical/pharma company

Key Responsibilities

• ➢ To handle smooth Operation of

1. o Catalytic Vapor face reaction

• o Fixed & fluidized based catalytic reactor operation,
• o Zeolite Synthesis & zeolite Process development up to commercial level

1. o Continuous flow chemistry
2. o Downstream processing, batch & continuous
3. o Fix Bed Reactor
4. o Process parameters simulations

• o Knowledge of FBR equipment requirements up to commercial level from 1kg catalyst to 1000 Kg. catalyst

1. o Instrumentation & Control

• ➢ Review & updating Material & Energy balance, P&IDs, equipment layout and elevation drawings
• ➢ Finalization of Process Datasheets (Multi-Tube Fixed Bed Reactor, Columns, Heat exchangers, Vessels, tanks, pumps, compressors, etc.)
• ➢ Reviewing Instrument Datasheets, (control valves, orifice, mass flowmeters, RTD, TC, LG, Transmitters, PG, etc.)
• ➢ Process Control Philosophy document preparation
• ➢ Co-ordination with client / vendors / other departments
• ➢ Plant Commissioning and hand over to production
• ➢ Smooth Operation of 1 to 1000 Kg. FBR
