To meet and exceed Sales Target of Industrial Distribution business in South India. • Responsible for Industrial Business Development and execution of Strategies in the region of South to win Major Share of Market • Analysis of Competition Portfolio and Channel to identify areas of weakness and define strategy and execute to increase share of market. Appoint Industrial distributors at identified areas. • Increasing the reach for Products in the assigned Region through Channel acquisition. • To support in identifying new products / areas for business development with customers for Distribution Sales • Ensuring timely collection of dues and monitoring DSO and post sales activities like timely collection of statutory documents like C forms etc. • Closely working with customer services team to ensure that timely deliveries are met as per the contractual agreement with the customers. • Prepare monthly sales and collection activity reports for submission to reporting officer. • Getting actively involved by participating in technical seminar and conducting work shops at customers place for product approvals/ acceptance. • Will be responsible for Business Development Activities of Distribution’s account in the assigned territory/markets. This will require close coordination with Sector Management, STC and Regional Head
