Position Overview: As a Salesforce CRM Manager, you will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce CRM for the company – a fast growing independent connection provider. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver customized Salesforce solutions. You’ll be instrumental in designing and implementing workflows, automating processes, and ensuring the Salesforce platform supports our team's productivity. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Salesforce implementation, from initial setup to advanced configuration.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable Salesforce configurations.
- Configure Salesforce for different clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) as needed.
- Customize Salesforce workflows, page layouts, fields, objects, and reports.
- Create custom objects, validation rules, and automate processes using tools like Process Builder and Flow Builder.
- Ensure data integrity, perform regular data migrations, and maintain clean records.
- Implement and manage security settings, user profiles, permissions, and access controls.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure adoption and efficient use of Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Salesforce configurations and integrations.
- Stay up to date with new Salesforce features, best practices, and updates.
- Proven experience in Salesforce configuration and setup (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or other Salesforce certifications are preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, automation tools (Process Builder, Flow Builder), and best practices.
- Experience in data migration, including import/export, data management, and cleaning.
- Proficient in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs and other tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and customization.
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and other advanced Salesforce development tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Knowledge of other CRM systems or tools is a plus.

- Annual CTC: 10 to 12 lakhs
