Job details
Job Description: Monthly payroll administration, including new hire and resignee. Monthly preparation and submission of CPF. Prepare monthly GL report to finance. Yearly preparation & submission of IR8A. Process IR21 income tax submission when necessary. Employee data entry, maintaining and updating records in SAP and Prosoft systems. Process Government claim submissions including Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity leave, ICT claims, etc. Prepare and submit statutory surveys and other ad-hoc surveys as required. Administer Company's medical & insurance matters. Work closely with Taiwan HQ to roll out yearly activities such as Performance Appraisal and other C&B projects. Propose and administer yearly AI and VB matrix. Assist in reviewing C&B policies and procedures. Assist in recruitment activities. Job Requirement: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or its equivalent. At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the full payroll cycle. Experience in SAP and Prosoft will be an added advantage. Meticulous and figures-oriented. Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently. Good knowledge of labour laws.
