LTD. 2 days ago Description Senior Consultant Role Summary The Senior Consultant position supports client relationships, business growth, and revenue growth within their team/region's portfolio through: Actively nurturing and developing client relationships to cross/sell. You will have a clear understanding of client's business, ways of working, and strategic ambitions. Participating in new business opportunities. You will support activities to target identified new business prospects and help to respond to inbound RFPs. Managing projects effectively through supporting in the commercials - fee negotiations and scope on all projects. Ensuring all sales are properly booked in Salesforce, and pipelines are recorded to ensure solid management information is available to steer the development of individual accounts and the wider business. Spearheading and arranging all key client meetings. Co-ordinating that the right resources are in place. You are also an Insight specialist and will be the deep subject matter expert focusing on the specific delivery while the winning team will focus on the broader intent and signals coming from key client stakeholders during any interaction. You will ensure client expectations are met across the full range of our deliveries while meeting Ebiquity profit targets. You also will support the team developing Insights to ensure all deliverables are to the expected specification. You will develop best practices for the function through building and maintaining relationships across the broader industry including agency, media owner, and trade body communities. You will also support profile-raising activities such as seminars, events, and PR pieces. You are familiar with Digital Media. Key Performance Indicators: Client revenue and growth. Client satisfaction and retention. Positive feedback from project stakeholders. Billability and productivity. Broader Ebiquity Client Success with account (internal survey to be established).
