- Cleansing the kitchen area station at all times.
- Cleaning the dishes and utensils.
- Sweeping as well as mopping the kitchen area flooring.
- Making certain the cooking area devices are well cleansed after use.
- Equipping the food things correctly in the freezer.
- Examining the supply degrees as well as reporting to the Kitchen area Supervisor.
- Loading and unloading the dish washer.
- Collecting dust and particles after a regular interval of time.
- Emptying the dustbins at the end of the shift.
- Sterilizing the kitchen utensils and plates.
- Maintaining appropriate hygiene of the kitchen area.
- Complying with all food safety and security and health criteria.
