We are looking for a Product Designer for our Growth and Retention stream with a focus on the Tabby Shop team. They are on a mission to shape how users interact with our e-commerce product - Tabby Shop - and to enhance the shopping experience and drive purchases through smart internal tools, intuitive design, and seamless navigation. You'll have an opportunity to learn and understand the specifics of the region through communication with researchers and user interviews. What you'll get to do: We focus on creating a smooth, engaging, and conversion-driven shopping journey. This includes:

• Supporting key financial products through in-app catalogue of stores & products
• Presenting our partners' stores and their products in an appealing and user-friendly way
• Managing key interfaces, including: Tabby homescreen, product and store catalogue, search functionality, geo map, web-view experience
• Tracking and improving the customer journey, ensuring a seamless shopping experience

Relocation We offer remote work from anywhere in the world and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you. Our employees have the opportunity to choose a country for registration: at the moment those are Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Portugal, and Spain. We will help you open a legal entity and a bank account. In Armenia and Georgia the taxes are compensated by Tabby. In other countries, we provide partial compensation of taxes. We employ according to B2B contracts (service agreements). For our employees we cover the following:

• Flight to one of the mentioned countries.
• Accommodation during the paperwork completion period.
• Opening a bank account and getting a residence permit in one of the mentioned countries.
• Family relocation (dependants).

New employees can also choose an alternative method of relocation to another country of their choice. In this case, Tabby will reimburse up to $5,000 of verified costs upon opening a legal entity and a bank account.
