Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a global eDiscovery team to efficiently identify, collect, and transfer electronic data for litigation and regulatory matters.
- Manage multiple cases, ensuring timely and accurate data collection and delivery.
- Conduct in-depth custodial research to verify and gather all necessary data sources.
- Perform collections from critical enterprise data platforms, including Microsoft 365 Exchange, SharePoint, and other relevant systems.
- Execute and oversee internal data collection, preservation, and barcoding processes.
- Troubleshoot collection failures, stalled processes, and errors to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct internal data transfers, perform quality control checks, and prepare data for final delivery.
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Support various data delivery functions as required.
- 1-3 years in electronic discovery, IT, or a related field.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client-service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel for reporting.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Microsoft Purview.
- Knowledge of data acquisition and cyber forensics tools/processes.
- Background in legal, regulatory, or compliance environments.
- Familiarity with eDiscovery tools such as Ex-Merge, EnCase, SQL, and Robocopy.
- Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) .
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to operating systems and networking.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in troubleshooting and executing multi-step processes.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively across teams to resolve issues and fulfill client requirements.
