Key Responsibilities: As a Data Analyst focusing on Product Strategy, your duties will include: 1. Insight Generation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive product development and strategy. 2. Performance Monitoring: Oversee product feature performance by defining metrics and providing optimization recommendations based on thorough analysis. 3. Domain Expertise Development: Build deep domain knowledge in specific product areas to derive recommendations that shape product strategy. 4. A/B Testing: Design and evaluate A/B tests to enhance customer journeys and improve user experience. 5. Data Visualization: Create user-friendly dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making processes. 6. Data Exploration: Dive into large datasets to uncover insights that drive strategic initiatives. 7. Data Modeling: Collaborate with IT engineers to build data models to ensure clean structures and KPIs for products. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics or equivalent field - 3+ years' experience in data analytics - Proficiency in LookML (Looker) and Data Modelling (DBT) - Strong strategic vision and business mindset - Experience with fintech or HR Technology company is a plus - Proactive, organized, detail-oriented Preferred Skills: - Experience with Snowflake and LookML - Passion for impactful data insights - Curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo - Proactive project management skills with cross-team collaboration abilities - Ability to balance depth of analysis with efficient execution Why Join Us?
