Nella Toronto is looking for a Sales Representative to join our Norfinch Location!*_*Responsibilities:** Engage in conversation to determine client needs, directing them to products and services * Display a professional, courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers * Consistently deliver high-quality service with a focus on customer engagement * Efficiently identify customer needs and determine how to address them * Sell organization's products/services where applicable, and provide customers with a high level of service * Handle customer transactions responsibly and accurately * Maintain professional appearance and attitude * Develop and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed * Perform additional duties as required *Requirements:** *2 years of sales experience** *Previous retail or food industry experience is an asset** *Being bilingual is an asset!** Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated and enthusiastic * Detail-oriented and organized * Comfort in working in a high volume role * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively _*Apply Today!
