And you'll be part of our high performing team, where you reap the rewards of our collective success now and into the future.About the OpportunityThe Talent Acquisition & People Experience Partner will be responsible for providing both recruitment and HR related transactional support for our Corporate Group Functions teams.Working with our wider People & Culture teams, this hybrid role will be crucial in providing exceptional support for hiring managers and employees across various activities within our employee life-cycle.Note - this position will be an initial 12-month fixed term contractIn this RoleTalent AcquisitionManage full cycle recruitment process for a portfolio of roles across Metcash Corporate Functions (inc, Job Briefing, sourcing, screening, scheduling and offering).Business partnering with hiring leaders to provide a fair, consistent and robust hiring process.Provide recruitment support and advice on sourcing methods, interview processes and selection.Complete necessary pre-employment checks through our vendor.Manage inbox, responding to queries efficiently and effectively.HR ActivitiesProcess team member and/or position changes and requests in the HRIS and prepare associated documentation.Generate reports and provide HR related data as needed.Assist in onboarding new employees.Maintaining and updating employee records.Support Senior P&C Business Partner with ad-hoc projects and cyclical activities.You're Likely a Match IfSolid experience in end-to-end recruitment (inhouse or agency).Sound experience in HR administration and supporting with transactional activities.Previous exposure in working with both HR operational and recruitment systems.Strong ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.Strong skills in managing deadlines and prioritising urgent matters as needed.Experience in working with sensitive information and maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.Previous experience with Success Factors is highly regarded but not essential.Previous exposure to Linked In Recruiter and proactive sourcing is also beneficial.Life at MetcashHybrid working arrangements - our teams enjoy our flexibility of 3 days office and 2 days remote working.Enjoy a 5th week of annual leave every year after your first year.Benefit from 2 well-being days and 1 volunteer day annually.An abundance of learning, development, and career growth opportunities.12 weeks of gender-neutral paid parental leave for primary carers.Proudly awarded "Bronze Employer for LGBTQ Inclusion."Recognised as 45th in the global "Equileap Top 100" for initiatives on gender equity.A neutral gender pay gap of under 5% as published by WGEA.Gold accreditation by Mental Health Australia.Incredible value discounts and perks through our team member app, "Our Local."About UsMetcash is Australia's leading wholesale distribution company, with revenue exceeding $18 billion in FY23.
