Your responsibilities as a Dutch Customer Support Representative: Assisting customers via phone, email, and live chat Handling inquiries regarding products, services, or technical issues Providing accurate and timely information to customers Resolving issues by identifying the best solutions in line with company policies Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently Skills, qualifications, and interests required: Languages: Native-level Dutch speaker + good command of English (minimum B2) You need to be local in Portugal Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Previous experience in customer support or related fields is a plus Personal qualities: Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote setup Residency requirements: Portuguese residence permit or EU citizenship What’s in it for you?
