- Identifies and establishes business relationship to generate new clients
- Develops network in the website design, digital marketing and SMEs space to find prospective businesses
- Works on generating list of prospective clients
- Enlightens clients and prospects on the features and advantages of having a strong online presence and the role a website and digital marketing plays in building a strong brand presence.
- Can use product & industry knowledge to maximize potential clients and manage existing clients as well.
- Provides excellent customer service delivery to clients.
- Maintain high level of customer interface thus leading to additional referrals from existing clients
- Maintains a high presence at social functions and events to enhance the brand’s presence in the digital marketing industry
- Prepares pre and post call memos
- Carry out any other assignment that might be delegated by the Team Lead.
- Shouldn’t be younger than 20 years old
- Compensation is both fixed monthly income and commissions on sales.
