ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a leading financial services provider committed to empowering individuals and businesses with accessible and innovative financial solutions.Responsibilities:
Define and implement comprehensive lending strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives, ensuring set targets for our Embedded lending products (BNPL, nano loans, and merchant lending) are met.
Ensure adherence to risk management frameworks, regulatory compliance, and governance standards across all lending activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA) are highly desirable.
Proven experience in leading lending portfolios, with a strong focus on embedded finance, nano loan, and merchant lending solutions. Experience selling BNPL products will be a great advantage.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale partnerships and executing growth strategies in a fast-paced environment.
