Job Summary: Seeking a smart and responsible Power Plant Operator to oversee power generation operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and equipment maintenance for a reliable power supply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the power plant systems.
- Monitor system parameters and control boards for optimal performance.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid system failures.
- Troubleshoot malfunctions and coordinate repairs with maintenance teams.
- Maintain records of operations, maintenance, and incidents.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams for efficiency improvements.
- Engage in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimum of high school diploma
- Capable of working independently and in a team
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and be on-call.
- Previous work experience not required
