Job Title: Project Manager Function: Digital Learning Reports to position: Associate Director – Digital Learning Location: Hyderabad Job Purpose: Lead the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of online learning programmes, overseeing content deployment on platform, technology integration, stakeholder management, and financial accountability to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality educational experiences for B2C, B2B clients of ISB Digital Learning. Job Outline: As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless development and delivery of cutting-edge educational initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of diverse online learning programs. Key Responsibilities: • Project Planning and Execution: o Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, outlining key milestones, deliverables, resources and timelines o Coordinate with content creators, instructional designers, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of online learning programs. o Implement project management best practices to achieve project goals within scope, time, and budget constraints. o Adhere to the SOP for execution and ensure that the project deliverables are well within the pre-defined SLAs • Stakeholder Engagement: Job Description 2 o Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including content team, platforms team, industry experts, and other internal teams o Collaborate with platform operations teams to ensure a seamless online learning platform experience o Provide regular updates and reports on project status, milestones achieved, and any potential roadblocks • Budget Management: o Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints o Track expenses, report variances, and make recommendations for cost optimization • Process Optimization and Technology Integration o Gain working knowledge of portals like Salesforce, ISB Online Learning Platform, Zoho, and FreshDesk to support project management and ensure smooth processes o Assist in using project management tools and software to track programme progress and ensure timely delivery of tasks o Support the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards using MS tools or other project management software to monitor key project metrics o Contribute to process improvements by identifying automation opportunities and supporting the implementation of standardized systems and procedures. Job Specifications: Knowledge/Education: Graduate /post graduate Specific Skills: Demonstrated project management skills; strong interpersonal skills; team-work, and cross-functional collaboration; exceptional attention to detail and due diligence; demonstrated experience in project management tools; good technical and data analytics skills Desirable Experience: 7+ years working in a project management capacity in a highgrowth, dynamic environment; experience in the ed-tech industry is a plus.
