AI COE Head

Location: Bangalore / Kolkata Mode of Working: Office Company: ITC Infotech Position Overview: We are seeking AI CoE head specializing in GenAI who combines deep technical expertise with hands-on experience in executing data science and GenAI projects. This role involves guiding Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, capability building, effectively communicating GenAI capabilities with the customers, and leveraging past hands-on experience to ensure robust solution design and delivery. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for GenAI requirements, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and have a strategic mindset to address complex business challenges across various industries. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal GenAI leads for strategic direction and document & present company's GenAI capabilities to external customers C-suite (CEO/CIO/CTO/COO/senior executives and managers). Guide and influence GTM strategies by identifying, prioritizing, and detailing use cases for GenAI; manage all associated pre-sales GenAI activities. Serve as the main representative for the GenAI team in both internal and external stakeholders. Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs, showcasing GenAI solutions and capabilities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and communication channels to support business development within the GenAI domain. Create business materials highlighting the latest developments in GenAI to demonstrate its potential in enterprise contexts. Collaborate with GenAI Solution Architects and team to solve business challenges using data and propose innovative solutions. Collaborate with various other service line leaders, sales and teams to build AI based solutions that are relevant to customers Leverage experience in data science, machine learning, and analytics to lead or engage in hands-on GenAI projects, ensuring strategic problem-solving. Recommend integration strategies and infrastructure requirements for implementing comprehensive GenAI solutions using cloud best practices. Understand and prospect complex business problems in industries such as CPG, Retail, Healthcare, and BFSI. Travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and related events. Skills & Qualifications: 15+ years of experience with AI and GenAI technologies, including managing end-to-end AI model lifecycles, retraining strategies, and performance optimization. Demonstrated expertise in GenAI applications, chatbots, information retrieval systems, and enterprise search applications. Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG techniques, and frameworks like LangChain and Cognitive Search. Programming skills, particularly in Python, with experience deploying AI applications on cloud platforms using MLOps concepts. Strong teamwork, communication, and presentation skills, coupled with excellent leadership and time management capabilities. Experience in pre-sales and customer relationship management within AI and GenAI domains. Ability to think strategically and analytically, supported by customer, industry, and market research. Proven track record of working on information retrieval solutions driven by natural language queries and integrating with cloud GenAI tools. Expertise in cloud AI services providers like Azure and AWS. Eagerness to learn and apply emerging trends in business research, data science, and AI. A passion for developing innovative GenAI solutions across diverse industries.
