Printing Machine Operator
Job details
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials.
Adjust machine settings to achieve optimal print quality and ensure correct ink and paper feed.
Monitor the printing process to identify any issues and make necessary adjustments.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment to ensure smooth operation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with printing machines.
Conduct quality checks on printed materials to ensure they meet specifications.
Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Printing Machine Operator or similar role.
Knowledge of printing technology and machinery operation.
Familiarity with printing software and applications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve print quality issues.
Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
