This role involves providing exceptional support to our UK-based customers during their working hours. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all interactions are handled with empathy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and changes to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to work in the UK shift (typically 1 PM to 10 PM IST).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role supporting UK-based customers.
  • Experience with email support tools and software.
