Role Overview This is a critical leadership role for an operator who can structure, scale, and optimize business functions. The COO will be directly responsible for:
  • Overseeing multi-sector operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability
  • Enforcing financial discipline, cost control, and operational accountability
  • Driving expansion efforts, market positioning, and business growth
  • Leading hiring, training, and team development across all companies
  • Optimizing workflows, technology, and processes for scalability
This is not a passive executive role. The COO will be held to performance benchmarks and expected to deliver measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Business Operations & Strategic Execution
  • Oversee daily operations across all subsidiaries, ensuring cost efficiency and service excellence
  • Identify and implement business expansion strategies
  • Streamline internal processes and integrate automation where possible
  • Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and operational regulations
  • Establish key performance indicators for each business unit
Financial Oversight & Profitability Focus
  • Control operational costs and improve profitability across all divisions
  • Work directly with the CFO to maintain financial sustainability
  • Ensure revenue growth aligns with net profitability, not just topline expansion
  • Implement rigorous financial tracking and forecasting
Leadership & Team Accountability
  • Directly oversee Operations Managers and senior leadership teams
  • Hold department heads accountable for performance, efficiency, and results
  • Ensure People & Culture policies support workforce retention and hiring quality
Market Expansion & Competitive Positioning
  • Lead national and international expansion efforts
  • Develop strategies to improve client acquisition and retention
  • Strengthen brand positioning and competitive differentiation
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • At least 10 years of experience in executive-level business operations, finance, or strategy
  • Proven ability to scale businesses and improve operational profitability
  • Deep understanding of cost control, efficiency, and financial oversight
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of accountability and results
  • Experience managing multi-sector business units
  • High-pressure, results-driven mindset
