- Overall Responsibilities: As a Project Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include attending to direct walk-ins, managing channel leads, and handling leads provided by the Pre-Sales team.
- Sales Operations: Handle on-site sales for specific projects, including guiding prospective clients through the sales process.
- Client Engagement: Arrange site visits for clients, address their queries, and close prospect deals efficiently.
- Reporting: Provide daily updates to the Reporting Manager on sales activities, improvement areas, and key client concerns.
- Property Walkthroughs: Independently conduct one-on-one client walkthroughs of available units, addressing questions about services, features, and amenities.
- Client Referrals: Actively generate prospective clients and secure referrals to expand the client base.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute as a strong team player, motivating colleagues toward achieving maximum productivity while demonstrating exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate with a developer or channel partner.
- Candidates with experience in banking or insurance sales will also be considered.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, though not mandatory).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
