Position Summary: Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand & supply planning, Export & Import (EXIM), procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. What You Will Do:
- Ownership, and coordination for all Demand Planning (Forecasting) activities for the assigned OEMs/distributors.
- Accountable for delivering a monthly rolling 12-month consensus forecast, working together with sales and other key members.
- Drive S&OP process for India BUs by collaborating with Sales.
- Ensure 100% adherence to the Global Consensus Demand Planning Process using Integrated Business Planning (IBP) tool.
- Drive forecast excellence with high forecast accuracy levels.
- Well versed with International Logistics (EXIM) with a special focus on FTA.
- Manage the import and export process by coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of import and export transactions (MIS), including invoices, shipping documents, catalogues, literatures, customs declarations, custom duty payment and vendor invoices record etc.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely payment of import duties, taxes, and freight charges, vendor invoices.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the supply chain and operations function to align with the company's objectives and growth targets.
- Support monthly financial closing and ensure on time delivery of required data.
- Facilitate quarter and annual supply chain Budgeting.
- Manage internal and external audit.
- Support all process and improvement activities.
- Support projects as required by the business.
- Any other tasks as required by the business.
- Proven track record of at least 15+ years in supply chain and operations management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of customs tariff, notifications, circulars & rules of regulatory compliances.
- English verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical mind and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Advance Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP.
- Skills required e.g. Effective planning, proactive approach, Teamwork and Collaboration etc.
