Over the recent years MSA Instruments has also managed to make inroads into the markets of neighboring countries like Bhutan, Nepal and Bangladesh.  As an organization we also specialize in providing Service Support and Solutions for Turn Key Projects for different types of instruments & Automation products to our Customers. Our client base includes many prominent businesses from sectors such as - Steel, Power, Cement, Fertilizer, Mining, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Paper, Food & Beverages, Pharma, Petrochemical etc.. Job Detail  MSA Instruments is looking to hire Sales Engineers for Business Development across different areas of Eastern India. Responsibilities: Sales and Customer Relationship Management:

  • Research, Build Database and Connect with New Businesses in the assigned region where the products MSA Instruments deals in can be sold. 
  • Engage with assigned existing Customers on a regular basis to service / develop past, current and future cases.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy and positive relationship with all potential and existing clients.
  • Create and maintain a work and visit plans to be able to cover maximum area / customers on a monthly basis.
  • Forecast Target Vs. Achievement scenario on a regular frequency as defined by the organisation.
  • Keep track of the market competition and developments for assessing risks / opportunities for the business.
  • Educate existing and potential customers about the products / services dealt in by MSA Instruments through regular Presentations and / or Product Demonstrations
  • Work with the Inside Sales Team to prepare and submit Proposals / Quotations / Tenders
  • Handle and Provide resolution to Customer Complaints / Issues / Queries.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Technical Experience / Knowledge:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products that MSA Instruments deals in, e.g., Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Flow meters, Level Transmitters, Valves, Positioners, Gas Detectors etc. .
  • Use the above technical knowledge or expertise to understand the products applications that will enable you to recommend / quote the right type of product, based on customers requirement.
