Internal Audit & Risk Management

We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit and Risk Management professional with 4-8 years of relevant work experience in Internal Audit, preferably from a similar industrial setup. The right candidate should have hands-on experience of 4-8 years in Internal Audit in a manufacturing unit work environment and corporate work environment. The candidate must have good knowledge of Internal Audit controls and compliance reporting risk management and control methodologies. The position is going to be based in our corporate headquarters in Gurugram, Haryana – Delhi | NCR, India. Job Role & Responsibilities: Testing of Internal Controls at defined frequency and report findings & recommendations for the correction of noted control deficiencies and improvements in business processes Tracking & follow-up for timely closure of reported Open Action Plans Assist in planning and executing internal audits and test controls with guidance and supervision. Plan and execute risk-based internal audits with guidance and supervision from IA Head. Performing audits through Data Analytics, Physical validation, Sampling Methodology Draft and Conclude Audit Reports in discussion and alignment with process owners and HODs. Continuous discussion with Key Stakeholders during an audit to identify Root Causes and give value-added recommendations. Candidates with experience in a similar industry will be given preference. Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 4 to 8 years of relevant experience preferably from the similar industry background
• Mandatory skills required are – Internal Audit, Risk Management, Risk control, and proficiency in SAP working environment.
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills

Educational Qualification

• CA, CA Inter, MBA with relevant work experience.
