The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, building partnerships, and expanding the company's presence in the education sector. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to support our mission of empowering students to achieve academic success. Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other educational institutions.
• Promote the company’s products and services to potential clients, demonstrating their value and benefits.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that generate leads and drive engagement.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and securing partnerships.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on client and market insights.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
• Strong understanding of the education market and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Fluency in English and local languages (Kannada preferred).
