Job Title: B2B Marketing Manager (Doors & Modular Furniture) Location: Pune, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: 5+ years About the Role:We are looking for an experienced and driven B2B Marketing Manager with a specialization in doors and modular furniture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing field marketing strategies to drive B2B sales, foster relationships with key industry stakeholders, and increase brand awareness. This role requires extensive on-field engagement with architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners to establish a strong market presence. Key Responsibilities: B2B Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective B2B marketing plans to support sales and business growth. Identify and target key industry segments including architects, interior designers, and contractors. Conduct competitive market analysis to identify trends and opportunities. On-Field Marketing & Sales Support: Conduct regular visits to potential and existing clients to build relationships and generate leads. Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as dealers, distributors, and industry influencers. Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. Collaborate with design and production teams to understand product offerings and USPs. Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the doors and modular furniture market. Create and manage a pipeline of potential B2B clients. Leverage networking and industry connections to expand market reach. Marketing Collateral & Brand Positioning: Develop marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, presentations, and case studies. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels. Work with internal teams to create compelling content and promotional strategies. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track and report on marketing activities, campaign effectiveness, and ROI. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies. Team Collaboration & Training: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business goals. Train and mentor junior marketing executives and field representatives. Foster a collaborative environment to achieve marketing milestones. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B marketing within the doors and modular furniture industry. Strong understanding of field sales, lead generation, and industry networking. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
