Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the below mentioned KRA’s Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management:
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, handle emails, and manage office communications. o Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
- Housekeeping & Office Maintenance: o Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Coordinate office cleaning services and ensure workstations, restrooms, and common areas are maintained daily.
- Administrative Support: o Assist with scheduling appointments, meeting coordination, and document management. o Manage office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.
