About the Role Position Title: Analyst – Finance Corporate Title: Analyst – Finance Reporting to: AVP Location: Bengaluru Job Profile: Purpose of Role: Supporting the Corporate Finance function in meeting Accounts Receivables and Financial Planning and analysis requirements. Main Responsibilities: Accounts Receivables:
- Manage, verify, and record all accounts receivables, ensuring timely invoicing to parent company.
- Track invoices and conduct regular follow-ups with entities for the same.
- Balance and reconcile accounts on a regular basis, generating accurate financial reports.
- Ensuring reconciliations & control over Accounts Receivables
- Conduct credit checks on new and existing clients, manage credit accounts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Accurate interpretation of Invoice queries received and able to respond on timely manner.
- Build and maintain financial models to support management decision-making.
- Analyze and interpret financial data and recommend changes to improve systems and financial performance.
- Assist in the coordination of the budget planning process and prepare detailed reports.
- Work with the finance team on forecasting efforts and setting goals.
- Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the management informed of all critical issues
- Building relationships across functional teams, detail-oriented, and represent finance strongly in discussions.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred with 2-3+ years of experience.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst and familiarity with Accounts Receivables.
- Proficiency in using advanced Excel and other accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and present financial data to non-financial personnel.
