• Experience in Workday functional testing of Core HCM Recruiting Learning TimeOffLeave of Absence Security Compensation Talent Performance and Reports
• Experience in Workday Integration testing and Workday test data creation for Integration testing to other products like Sailpoint ADP GlobalView etc
• Experience in Workday Business process testing and Workday Extend Apps testing
• Experience in Requirements analysis and Test plan creation based on requirements Test plan execution defect documentation Requirement traceability execution reports
• Experience in JiraALM Quality Center
• Good to have experience in Kainos as Workday automated testing tool
• Good Communication collaboration skills and demonstrate proactive approach with team and problem solving
• Can prioritize and execute testing tasks for multiple Workday modules among various projects
• Ability to create QA test cases template checklists standard works in JiraALM for frequent testing tasks
• Participate in daily project stand up meetings and report testing progress work stoppers defects and keep Jira up to date
• Comply Data privacy and Data security during testing processes
